Refund Policy
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our wallpaper murals
and wall coverings, all sales are final. We do not accept returns
or exchanges.
However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact
us within 7 days of delivery at orders@draperspapers.com with photos
of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may
include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
We encourage all customers to carefully review product dimensions,
colors, and specifications before placing an order, as we cannot
accept returns due to sizing or color preference.
